Stofa indgår aftale med Irdeto

Kabel-Tv selskabet Stofa har indgået en ny aftale med kodningsfirmaet Irdeto om brug af Irdeto Cloaked Conditional Access teknologien til Stofa’s Zaptor bokse. Irdeto Cloaked Conditional Access udmærker sig ved at fungere uden programkort og kan dermed fjerne omkostninger til disse for selskabet.

Irdeto er naturligvis tilfreds med den nye aftale og David Canellos fra Irdeto salg og marketing udtaler i forbindelse med aftalen: “Stofa has always been very forward-thinking in its approach to the market” “We’re proud to work with them to implement this new CAS solution, which we believe has an important role to play in the future of broadcast pay TV.”

Også Stofa udviklingschef Thomas Helbo kommenterer: “Irdeto’s technology is integral to our ability to continue to offer new services to our customers that meet their viewing needs and develop new sources of revenue for Stofa.
