Apple bestiller ny Bill Lawrence serie – Bad Monkey har Vince Vaughn i hovedrollen

Apple fortsætter samarbejdet med Bill Lawrence (Ted Lasso). De har netop bestilt en ny dramaserie fra Bill, der får titlen Bad Monkey.

Serien, der er baseret på Carl Hiaasen’s 2013 roman af samme navn, bliver på 10 episoder i sin første sæson og hovedrollen er allerede på plads, det bliver Vince Vaughn i rollen som Andrew Yancy.

Bad Monkey – det handler den om

“Bad Monkey” tells the story of Andrew Yancy (played by Vaughn), a one-time detective demoted to restaurant inspector in Southern Florida. A severed arm found by a tourist out fishing pulls Yancy into the world of greed and corruption that decimates the land and environment in both Florida and the Bahamas. And yes, there’s a monkey.
