Prime Video kan ikke få nok af serien Bosch. Udover originalserien, så kom der efterfølgende en Bosch: Legacy serie og nu har Prime Video så bestilt endnu en spin off Bosch serie fra forfatteren Michael Connelly, der kommer til at omhandle kriminalbetjent Renée Ballard, som har til opgave at drive LAPD’s nye cold case-afdeling – en dårligt finansieret, helt frivillig enhed med den største sagsmængde i byen.
Ballard kigger på disse fastfrosne sager med empati og beslutsomhed. Da hun afslører en større sammensværgelse i forbindelse med sine undersøgelser, læner hun sig op af hjælpen fra sin pensionerede allierede, Harry Bosch, for at navigere i de farer, der truer både hendes enhed og hendes liv.
Serien har endnu ikke nogen konkret titel.
