Sæson 3 er da også skrevet som et sidste kapitel og der lover at give seriens fans en tilfredsstillende afslutning.
Sådan præsenterer Apple TV+ serien generelt: Husmoderen Sheila Rubin lider i stilhed i 80’ernes Californien. Bag lukkede døre kæmper hun med indre dæmoner og negative tanker. Men alt ændrer sig, da hun opdager aerobic, som tager hende på en rejse mod selvudvikling og succes.
