Peter Nørrelund vender tilbage til Viaplay Group
Peter Nørrelund vender tilbage til Viaplay Group som sportschef. Det melder Viaplay Group i en pressemeddelelse.
Det var tilbage 28. marts at han meldte sin afgang fra sin stilling efter mere end 20 succesrige år i virksomheden. Men nu vender han altså tilbage og kommer til at rapportere til Jørgen Madsen Lindemann, der er ny CEO efter Anders Jensen trådte tilbage for nylig.
Peter Nørrelund får med øjeblikkelig virkning det overordnede ansvar for Viaplay Groups sportsdrift og forvaltning af sportsrettigheder og opkøb på alle markeder. Derudover vil han lede en ny forretningsudviklingsenhed på tværs af markeder, der vil fokusere på at maksimere omsætning og produktmuligheder for koncernens sportsindhold.
Peter bliver medlem af koncernledelsen og får base i København. Cecilia Gave, som tidligere har haft stillingen som Viaplay Group EVP og Head of Sports og en række andre seniorlederroller, vil forlade virksomheden for at forfølge nye muligheder.
