Netflix serier er nomineret til 34 Emmy priser

Emmy nomineringerne 2015 er blevet offentliggjort og Netflix og Amazon høster en stor del. Netflix høstede i alt 34 nomineringer, lidt flere end sidste år, hvor de fik 31. Den i Emmy sammenhæng nye streamingtjeneste er Amazon, der i alt har fået 12 nomineringer.

Hos Netflix er det ikke overraskende House of Cards, der fører feltet med 11 nomineringer. Også Orange Is the New Black og Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt er godt med, de har sikret sig henholdvis 4 og 7 nomineringer. Serien Bloodline fik to nomineringer til hovedrolleindehaverne Ben Mendelsohn og Kyle Chandler.

Amazon’s serie Transparent, som i Danmark er vist på Viaplay, sikrede sig faktisk ligeså mange nomineringer som House of Cards.

Selv om streamingtjenesterne har taget en del af nomineringerne, så er HBO ikke truet på nomineringsfronten. De fik samlet 126 nomineringer, heraf 24 for Game of Thrones.
